If you're in NYC, it's usually pretty quick, like under a week if they have it in stock. I got an order to Brooklyn in 4-5 days once.

Returns were easy for me, just had to fill out a form online and send it back. I think you have like 30 days or something.

Pretty standard, you just initiate it online. Just make sure the tags are still on and it hasn't been worn, like most places. You might have to pay for return shipping though, afaik.

Yeah, most online stores are like that. Usually only one promo code at checkout. Sometimes they'll let you use a free shipping code with a discount, but not two percentage-off codes.

I usually find their stuff pretty true to size, especially if you check their size chart. I've gotten a few dresses and they always fit like they said.
